Lucile Wells Scholarship.

The Lucile Wells Scholarship fund is a continuing and growing legacy of a woman, who though physically handicapped most of her life, spent her entire working years as a math teacher. Almost all of her teaching years were spent in the Janesville Public Schools. This scholarship fund is a reflection of the great value Lucille Wells placed on education and the opportunity for all to obtain an education in relationship to their ability and goals. It is also an indication of her love for her church, and in particular, this Trinity Church community.

Lucile Wells died at the age of 103, in 1998, at St. Elizabeth’s home.

You must be a present participant in the community of faith that is Trinity Episcopal Church.
